Arsenii Stavytskyi was born in 2000 in Kyiv. In 2006 – 2010 Arsenii studied with Tamara Polyakova and Helena Tchervova. In July 2013 Arsenii performed in the EU as part of the Wonderful Youth Orchestra. While on this tour, he practiced with the professor of the Skopje Conservatory Zivko Firfov. In 2013 Arsenii started to study under professor Helena Schelkanovtseva. In 2016 Arsenii had solo performances in Wiesbaden, Darmstadt, Frankfurt-on-Maine, Kaiserslautern, and Weilrod-Hasselbach at the Classic for Peace II International festival. In 2017 Arsenii worked with Kharkov Kotlyarevsky at the National University of Arts. 2013 to 2017 Arsenii studied composition with the honored art worker of Ukraine Ludmila Shukailo. In 2017 he won first prize as a composer at the Kharkov Assemblies International competition. In May 2018 Arsenii won first prize at the IV Sviatoslav Knushevitsky International cello competition in Saratov. Arsenii has had lessons with Kirill Rodin and Eugene Lifschitz. Arsenii has gotten advices from Jens Peter Maintz, Wolfgang Emanuel Schmidt, Igor Gavrysh, Vladimir Tonkha, and Denis Severin. He is the winner of the special prize from the association Art without Borders (Basel). Arsenii has also received scholarships from Rotary clubs and the mayor of Kharkov. Starting 2017 Arsenii Stavytskyi is receiving grants from the charity foundation VERE MUSIC FUND". Arsenii is a participant of the Kronberg cello master classes and concerts – 2018. He has studied conducting with Roman Uschapovskyi and conducted the Prokofiev symphony with the Kharkov symphony orchestra at the SSMS.
