The soprano Kyoung A. Yim graduated from Parma Conservatory of Music in Italy in 2013. She previously studied at Younsei University in South Korea. In 2016, she made her debut at "Teatro 89" in Milan as Cio Cio San in the opera "Madame Butterfly". The same year, she was awarded second prize in the International Gaetano Zinetti Competition, and third prize in the International "Pustina Canto" Competition in the Czech Republic. In 2017, she won second prize in the International Giovanni Battista Rubini Competition. She has won many other prizes in prestigious international competitions.
