Duo Sarasvathi – Nowak was founded in 2017 by indonesian pianist Victoria Sarasvathi and polish violinist Sebastian Nowak. Currently Duo Sarasvathi – Nowak studies at Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien Hannover with Prof. Krzysztof Wegrzyn and Prof. Arie Vardi. In 2020 the Duo won Harald Genzmer Interpretationswettbewerb in Munich and in the year before, they were the only Duo in the Final of International Chamber Music Competition „Premio di Trieste” in Trieste, Italy. Duo Sarasvathi - Nowak has performed in Europe und Asia and at festivals such as Beethoven 2020 The Grand Festival Jakarta, Eurasia Festival Hannover, Festival Junger Meister Langenargen. The Duos vast repertoire includes works from Baroque till XXI century music. Duo Sarasvathi - Nowak worked closely with teachers such as Markus Becker, Johannes Nies, Zvi Meniker, MinJung Kang.
