Duo Andersson-Ivanovaite was formed by renowned young Lithuanian
musicians. Pianist Paulius Andersson (b. 1995) is a winner of fifteen international
competitions, regularly collaborating with prominent orchestras and performing in
concert halls and festivals across Europe, Asia and North America. Julija Ivanovaite
is a violinist and violist, winner of national and international competitions, frequently
performing as a soloist as well as a chamber music player. Born in 1994, Julija is a
passionate advocate of contemporary classical music, specializing in performing new
music and collaborating with present composers. Performing together since 2014,
Duo Andersson-Ivanovaite seek to present rarely performed classical and
contemporary music pieces for larger audiences.
