Stefan Iordachl (*2009) was born in Bucharest. He started studying the cello at the Gymnasium of Arts “Iosif Sava” (Ani-Marie Paladi) in Bucharest. At present, Stefan studies at George Enescu Music School. He is a prize winner of online Gustav Mahler Prize Cello Competition (2023, 1st prize), Antonio Janigro International Cello Competition (2020, 1st prize, Croatia), Jan Vychytil International Cello Competition (2020, 1st prize, Czech Republic), online International Competition Citta di Massa (2022, 1st prize), George Georgescu International Competition (2022, 1st prize, Romania), David Popper International Cello Competition (2019, 3rd prize, Hungary). Paticipated in Violoncelissimo 100 Concert at Romaruan Athenaeum.
