Siyi Li, violinist from China, received of a full scholarship at the New England Conservatory and the Manhattan School of Music, and was an artist-in-residence at the Public Performing Space of the National Centre for the Performing Arts in Beijing during the 2023-2024 season. After receiving his Bachelor of Music at the Central Conservatory of Music, as a former BOB national fellowship recipient ever since 2016, Mr. Li has been actively appearing on the stage in cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Tokyo, Kyoto, and Seoul. Early success of Mr. Li led to winning the 1st prize at the Chamber Music Competition of the Central Conservatory of Music, and at the YiYang Fellowship Competition in 2016, after which he was soon invited to perform at the German Embassy in Beijing. In 2019, his success continued as he won the 1st prize at the China-Korea International Violin Competition, as well as the 2nd prize at both the Swiss International Music Competition and the Global Music Competition in the US. Later, from years 2021 to 2023, Mr. Li had won the 1st prize at the Best Wieniawski Performance Edition of the Great Composers Competition Series, also at the International Young Musicians Competition "Città di Barletta", Rising Stars Grand Prix International Music Competition Berlin, and at the ENKOR International Music Competition.
