The Italian soprano Gabriella Colluto was born in Zurich. She demonstrated her versatility as a young singer in many different styles of music. She earned her BA and MA in opera performance at Zurich Conservatory of the Arts, studying under László Polgár and Cornelia Kallisch. She is currently broadening her repertoire with the Austrian soprano Sandra Trattnigg. In 2010, Gabriella made her debut at the Gessnerallee Theatre in Zurich, in the role of Simplicius in Karl Amadeus Hartmann's opera "The Childhood of Simplicius Simplicissimus". Her repertoire includes the parts of Pollisena ("Radamisto"), Blanche ("Dialogues of the Carmelites") and Fiordiligi ("Cosi Fan Tutte"). Gabriella has performed with great success in concerts, where she has sung parts in Giuseppe Verdi's "Requiem", Antonin Dvorák's "Te Deum" and "Stabat Mater", Giovanni Battista Pergolesi's "Stabat Mater", Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy's "Elias" and "Paulus", and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's "Spatzenmesse" and Mass in D major.
