The Georgian baritone Giorgi Mtchedlishvili completed singing studies at the Tbilisi State V. Sarajishvili Conservatory. He was awarded first prize in the International Don Matteo Colucci Competition (2015), and he also reached the final in the International Belcanto Academy Competition in Austria (2016). He has participated in the "BBC Cardiff Singer of the World" audition (2016). In 2015 and 2016, he was awarded a V. Sarajishvili scholarship. Giorgi's repertoire includes Marcelo ("La Bohème"), The Count ("Le nozze di Figaro"), Figaro ("Il Barbiere di Seviglia"), Belcore, Dulcamara ("L'Elisir d'Amore), Malatesta ("Don Pasquale"), Amonasro ("Aida"), Escamillo ("Carmen"), and Leporelo ("Don Giovanni").
