Karolina Pancernaitė (b. 1995) graduated from Kaunas Juozas Naujalis Music Gymnasium where she studied at the class of teacher Birutė Kumpikienė. She continued her studies at the London Royal Music Academy with prof. Christopher Elton. In 2014 the pianist was awarded the Maud Hornsby Memorial Award. This year Karolina finished her master studies at the Royal Conservatory of Scotland where she studied with prof. Petras Geniušas and prog. Aaron Shorr. The pianist is a laureate of 12 international competitions. During her studies in Scotland she was awarded Tony / Tonia Webster prize. Karolina played together with Brno and Kaunas Symphony orchestras. She actively participates in international festivals such as Aurora Chamber Music (Sweden), „Sugrįžimai“ (Lithuania), Farley Music Festival (United Kingdom), many others. The pianist participated in masterclasses led by Olga Kern, Pascal Devoyon, Peter Donohoe, Lilya Zilberstein.
