The pianist started studying at the National M. K. Čiurlionis School of Arts from the age of six, where she worked with teachers Vaida Kirvelytė and Albina Šikšniūtė. Now she is studying at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna with prof. Anna Malikova. Elžbieta is the winner of many national and international competitions. In 2022 she was awarded with the 1st prize in the International Stasys Vainiūnas Piano Competition in Lithuania. Recently, in February of 2023, she won the 2nd prize in the International Piano Competition Neuchâtel-Val de Travers in Switzerland. It is also worth to mention these achievements of Elžbieta: 1st prize in the International Competition Virtuosi per musica di pianoforte in Ústí nad Labem, 1st prize in the Riga Interational Piano Competition, 1st prize in the International Piano Competition Chopin dla najmlodszych and grand prix in the Kaunas Sonorum. In March of 2019, she won the 1st prize in the Lisztofonija Piano Competition in Vilnius and in April – the 1st and special prizes in the International Piano Competition Ville de Gagny. Elžbieta Liepa played together with almost all Lithuanian orchestras, also the ones from Riga, Tallin and Czech Virtuosi Brunensis. The pianist participated in many masterclasses conducted by the professors and performers Yefim Bronfman, Petras Geniušas, Roberto Plano, Mūza Rubackytė, Pavel Nersessian, Dmitri Bashkirov. Elžbieta also participated in Music Fest Perugia in Italy and Festival Piano Pic in France. In 2016, Elžbieta received Presidential Letter of Appreciation signed by the President of Lithuania H.E. Dalia Grybauskaitė. In March of 2018, she was awarded with the prestigious Little St. Christophers' Award for her musical achievements.
