Yeri Ahn (g. 1989) finished her Bachelor studies with prof. Tong-Soon Kwak at Yonsei University in South Korea. In 2008–2013 she worked as an organist in the Shin-Sung Church in Seoul. In 2014 she started her studies at the State University of Music and Performing Arts Stuttgart with prof. Jürgen Essl – in 2019 she obtained her Ph.D. Yeri won Joseph Gabler and Justin Heinrich prizes in 2017. The organist attended masterclasses led by Liesbeth Schlumberger, Stefan Engels, Paolo Crivellaro, Ryo Terakado, Hans Fagius, Louis Robilliard, Jean-Pierre Leguay, Luca Skandali, and Pavel Cerny. She gave concerts in South Korea as well as Germany and France. Currently, she is active as an organist in the Protestant church in Stuttgart as well as an accompanist in Stuttgart German-American Community Chorus.
