Professeur / Professor Georg Steinschaden

I'm Bobby Cheng, 19 years old. Currently, I am studying piano concert studies with Professor Georg Steinschaden at Mozarteum University Salzburg in Austria. Before I was fourteen, I had worked with many locally renowned piano teachers such as Mr. Patrick LAM and Ms. Carol YU. In 2019, I was successfully admitted to Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts for piano performance. Academically, I received an award at “Distinction” grade in LTCL (Piano Concerto) by Trinity College, London and another award in Grade 8 Piano, ABRSM, UK. In 2019 when I was 15 years old I decided to go to Austria to gain new experiences in the field of music. I chose Salzburg because Salzburg has a strong musical history and will enrich and expand my musical all-round senses. I firstly entered the pre-college of Mozarteum University Salzburg and studied with Professor Georg Steinschaden. When I reached the age of sixteen, I applied for the bachelor's degree examination in piano performance at Mozarteum University Salzburg. I was accepted by the university and continued to study with Professor Steinschaden.
